2Way Development was created in response to a growing need for human
resources and expertise in local not-for-profit
and non-governmental organisations in the developing world.
Without
volunteers, many smaller organisations overseas would not survive. By
working closely with these organisations, we can ensure that
volunteers are channelled into appropriate areas
of need.
Your Role with our
Hosts
In assisting with project development, training or research, a
volunteer can empower organisations to successfully engage in projects
that offer long-term sustainable solutions
to development issues.
All host organisations that we work with
support and assist
volunteers throughout their placements both professionally and
personally.
