By offering unique, skilled voluntary placements 2Way Development gives volunteers the chance to pursue their dreams and aspirations as well as  providing a genuine benefit to the country in which they are placed.

Unlike many other volunteer agencies, 2Way Development does not create our own voluntary projects. Instead we provide a vital link in matching the skills  of volunteers to the needs of existing grassroots development organisations worldwide. These organisations desperately need the contribution that a skilled volunteer can offer.

Our placements allow our volunteers to positively contribute to the work of overseas organisations, by using their individual skills.
